ANTI-AIRCRAFT ARTILLERY-ROCKET SYSTEM
PASARS-16

It is intended for the protection of ground units, primarily for the protection of armored mechanized and artillery-missile units, and for the effect on aircraft at low altitudes, as well as on cruise missiles and projectiles.
The system is housed on an armored chassis FAP 2026BS / AV with 6 × 6 drive. The armored turret is located at the rear of the armored vehicle. It has an integrated 40mm Bofors cannon and two RLN-IC short-range missiles with infrared self-guidance. The system is easily used in both primary use on air targets and on ground targets.
